Prepared cold asphalt patch is a product that can stand soft for longtime in cold weathers and also can be used easily in humid weathers. It is a modified asphalt mix and there is no need of coat. Because of the specialty of the additive, it is very durable and can hold tightly to the ground.

Generally classical methods are using against the snow, because of its low costs. The most common of them is the salting. However, new methods are already developed (as Upeks Deicer), and also some research are proceeding to prevent the damages of salting.
